Eye of the Beholder

I love Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. I adore acting, playing music, and reading. I express myself through writing, painting, and sketching. I am an introvert. I am pro-life. I seriously wish everyone was completely real, straightforward, and honest with me. I love being active, and when people are chivalrous. My blog is ALWAYS open to anyone who needs advice or just wants to vent. That is my main purpose for having a tumblr, so please, at any hour, 'ask' me and spill what is on your mind. I try to be practical and analytical, not judgmental.

Introvert Myth #2

Myth #2 – Introverts are shy.
Shyness has nothing to do with being an Introvert. Introverts are not necessarily afraid of people. What they need is a reason to interact. They don’t interact for the sake of interacting. If you want to talk to an Introvert, just start talking. Don’t worry about being polite.

AGH! This is equally true! Though I do like politeness. But it isn’t actually that important to me now that I think about it. Not as important as other things.

Random fact: “Introverts are people who are over-sensitive to Dopamine, so too much external stimulation overdoses and exhausts them. Conversely, Extroverts can’t get enough Dopamine, and they require Adrenaline for their brains to create it.”
